Doc said : Try not to carry heavy stuffs , dont do any activities that make you feel pain .... Try not to sit on that hurt side ....
HOW not to sit with my butt then ????? Is at the end there *.*!!!
Sneezing also pain
Bend down also pain
Lower down my head to eat foods also pain
Stupid spinal !
Diagnostic Imaging Department Request Form is with me now . But i have no time to go to hospital for X-Ray ! Stupid work ! +.+!!!!!!!!!!!!!
