The past and present...
Do you know that you can't go into the sauna room if you did not take any meal before that? I just remembered that the first time when i went into the sauna room , poor zyn actually fainted, unconscious ... lol ! The girls in the center have to take care of me , and my nutritionist have to tell me about what's happening after that ... really sweat memory :P
This evening i went to the sauna room again , sweat alot but i feel really good , just like i release my stress, pressure , tension in one time ^.^ Vampire ressurecting ..just wait for me to reborn ^_*
